AdministratorBrouder Marketing are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our marketing agency team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background with expertise in various tasks, including proficient minute-taking during meetings, advanced PowerPoint skills, liaising with clients, and adeptness in creating comprehensive reports. The role is a busy and rewarding experience working across key marketing projects. The position is full time, based in our office in Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo. Following a training period, a hybrid working schedule is available. Occasion travel is required.ResponsibilitiesMeeting Coordination:

  • Efficiently organise and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance.
  • Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings to capture key discussions, decisions, and action items.

PowerPoint Expertise:

  • Create engaging and visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to convey complex information effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to transform ideas and data into compelling visual content.

Report Generation:

  • Compile and analyse data to generate comprehensive reports for internal and external use.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, well-organized, and presented in a professional manner.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, file maintenance, assistance with events, liaise with clients on gathering information and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and oversee sensitive information with discretion.

Communication Skills:

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Workflow Management

  • Use project management systems in place for progression of projects. Training will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Experience in tourism industry preferred but not essential.
  • Full driving licence and own transport is essential. Travel allowance available for meetings and event attendance.
  • Administration in the tourism industry an advantage.

Marketing Executive

Brouder Marketing have an opening for a creative marketing executive to join our team. Working with local businesses to national and destination tourism brands. Our clients bring us interesting projects that require creativity, skill, and exceptional results. We work with tourism and business agencies as well as clients primarily in the tourism and hospitality sector.

You will be working on varied projects and aspects of marketing campaigns, which include implementing marketing strategies we develop, scheduling content, design, event organisation, advertising, and social media management.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a creative and innovative approach, a positive attitude, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a growing marketing agency. They must have a passion for social media and visual story telling.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate some or all of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Experience in building and executing online marketing campaigns
  • An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and initiative will have a distinct advantage.

Technical Ability Desirable

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Expertise with social media scheduling platforms
  • Experience working in the tourism industry is an advantage.

Salary based on experience. Permanent position with 6-month probationary period. Travel allowance is provided.
